At HJC Helmets, we want you to ride with confidence and the perfect fit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in new, original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the helmet in its original dust bag and box, ensuring all tags and protective visor films are still intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, our team will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
